If moving to Ann Arbor is not an option, you can still be a vegetarian or vegan in a small town, with a little bit of work.
It involves some creativity and a lot of planning.

If you ever bring Mike and Nina to DC, we have a great vegan restaurant (well we have at least three that I know of) called Sunflower that makes some tasty seitan-based dishes. My treat! You just have to get on a plane with a baby, is all.
